Recently I read statistics that two thirds of the working population is unhappy in their work. Can you believe that? That number ASTOUNDING! Think about how much time we spend at work and how it affects all our lives! Is it simply the fact that we must accept as reality is what can we do? Many people simply accept it. But for those who want to make changes, you can find an ideal job and create a life that you love!

I spent many years as an accountant and will admit that I was one of two thirds of that voznenavidel my job. But I stuck it in the next few years, believing that it would be any better after the project was over, after the beginning of the year, when someone was hired, or any other excuse I could speak with. Then it is time to really face it - I was not happy with my career, and needed changes. Therefore, it is exactly what I did. So, as you can also:
1. Create a picture of the work of their dreams. If you could do anything in the world, what would it be like? If money was no object, what would you do work, and why? Be very specific when creating photo. Include details of what will you do in this work, is that your coworkers like what your office looks like a company belongs to you, or how your life would change. The more specific you are, the better.
2. Acknowledge your true feelings about your current work or career. Do you like the work that you are doing? These are complex? Is this person perform? What is it that makes you unhappy? Make a list of everything you like and do not like this work or career.
3. Assess your skills, strengths and weaknesses. Honestly evaluate what you did well and enjoyed. Focusing on your skills and strengths can help you determine your direction. Get your view of the skills and strengths, asking people that you can trust and that have been exposed to your work. Often people see us differently than we do. For an unbiased view, to try to make a career or skills assessment test. There are many of these tests on the Internet for a nominal fee. Many life and career coaches offer evaluations and can help you evaluate the results.
4. Take action! If your current job does not match the job of their dreams, see if there is anything that you can do to bring them closer together. That may mean finding another job, which most closely resembles your ideal job. If you find that you are in the wrong career altogether, to determine what steps you need to take to get a new career. Do you need additional training? Can you use your professional and personal contacts to help you move to a new career? As you can move themselves to this new service? To decide on it, and make this happen!

Most of us have to work to live. But that does not mean that we have to suffer with. You can be difficult, rewarding, and the implementation of a career that you absolutely love. Can you imagine the morning every day excited about going to work? You are the one who can do it happens!
